FAQ

You will receive FIVE high-resolution (300 dpi) JPG files, in various ratios. With these files you can print your art in a multitude of sizes.

Your purchased files are available for download as soon as payment has cleared. Within a few minutes, we will then send an automated email to the email address you entered at the checkout  If not received, please check your spam folder. All downloads will also be available in your purchase history (if you registered with us).

On a Windows computer:
– Right click on file
– Select Extract All
– Select the location you would like the file to be placed
– -Select OK

The files are now unzipped and ready to use.

On a Mac computer:
– Just double click on the zipped folder.

Due to the nature of a digital item it cannot be returned. If you have any issues with the file, let us know and we will be happy to help you out. If you purchased the same file twice we will refund in that instance or you can exchange if for another file in our shop of equal value.
